Where is Organized Labor?

The effects of the great recession that hit the U.S. in 2008 have eased and the national unemployment rate has dropped to around six percent.  But for many Americans wages have remained about where they were in 2007.  In fact, wages haven't changed much since 2000.  David Forbes is a local journalist and editor of the Asheville Blade, a reader supported on line news service.  He spoke  with David Hurand about local wages and the future of organized labor  in Western North Carolina.
