North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper will give his third State of the State address Monday evening in Raleigh, followed by the Republican response.The governor's speech is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.  Blue Ridge Public Radio will broadcast it and the Republican response live on both of its channels using a feed from PBS North Carolina.  You'll be able to watch the both speeches live, as well as a live Spanish language translation, below.
