The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to uphold a key provision of the Affordable Care Act is good news for North Carolinians who are receiving subsidized health insurance. The 6-3 decision to reject the legal challenge that sought to eliminate subsidies for residents of states that didn't set up their own state based health exchange maintains the status quo.
