A new county by county analysis of the General Assembly's decision not to expand Medicaid eligibility indicates it has cost the state 22 billion dollars and thousands of jobs. The study was funded by George Washington University and the Cone Foundation. Leighton Ku is a Professor of Public Health Policy and the lead author of the report. He spoke with David Hurand.
