Sunny Skies and Cool Temperatures Greet Autumn

The Autumnal Equinox is the time of year in the Northern Hemisphere when night and day are nearly the same length.  It also  hastens the return of WCQS weather expert Ed Brotak.  The retired Professor of Atmospheric Sciences and now free lance writer,  has  some words of caution regarding the 2013 Hurricane Season.
