Thanks to listener generosity, tickets for our car raffle earlier this summer sold out in a flash — and some of our longtime listeners barely had a chance to participate!
One generous supporter decided to change that. She gifted BPR a brand-new 2025 Subaru Forester from Fred Anderson Subaru so we could host a second raffle this year. We are so grateful!
Your $125 ticket supports the local news and music you count on and enters you to win the Forester Premium Hybrid. Only 1,500 tickets will be available through November 21.

How to enter
Tickets are $125 each and there are 1,500 total tickets available. The raffle runs from Monday, Nov. 3, through Friday, Nov. 21, at 11:59 p.m., or until tickets are sold out.

Grand Prize announcement
The Grand Prize winner will be announced Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.
The 2025 Subaru Forester Premium Hybrid has an MSRP of $39,191.00.
Official Rules
Contest is void where prohibited. Must be 18 or older to enter. Current employees of Western North Carolina Public Radio (BPR), immediate family members residing with employees, and members of the BPR Board of Directors are not eligible to participate. Winners are responsible for all federal taxes on raffle winnings (25% of MSRP) as well as local, state, and registration fees. BPR reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle.
