Summer Raffle early-bird prize: A trip for two from the Asheville Regional Airport
It’s not summer if you’re not going on vacation. That’s why we’ve partnered with our friends at the Asheville Regional Airport on an early-bird prize that includes:
- Round-trip airfare for two to a destination of your choice
- Complimentary checked bags
- Premium seat selection
- Parking vouchers
The early-bird prize winner will be selected at random and announced on BPR News on Saturday, August 10 at 8 a.m.
Deadline to enter to win: Enter by Friday, August 9 at 11:59 p.m. for a chance to win both the early-bird and grand prizes. Prize is valued at $2,000.

Summer Raffle grand prize: An all-new 2025 Subaru Forester

How to enter to win
The raffle begins on Friday, July 26 at 12 a.m. and runs through Friday, August 30 at 11:59 p.m. or until tickets are sold out. Tickets are $125 each and only 1,500 tickets are available.
There are three ways to enter:

- Call 828-210-4822 during BPR’s business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
- Download and mail this printable form to BPR, Attn: BPR’s Summer Raffle, 73 Broadway, Asheville, NC 28801.
Contest void where prohibited. Must be 18 to enter. Present employees of Western North Carolina Public Radio and any immediate family members residing with the employees, as well as BPR Board of Directors, are not eligible to participate. *Winner is responsible for all federal taxes on the raffle winnings (25% of MSRP) as well as local, state and registration fees.
