Town council elections in Graham County's Lake Santeetlah have ended in voter registration allegations in the last few years. A handful of votes determined the elections, and community members said those votes came from second homeowners.

Tuesday is election day for Jackson and Graham Counties. Following the May primary election, both counties had to schedule second races to determine the winner who will be on the ballot in November during the general election.
