Week In Politics: White House Under Scrutiny Amid Porter Allegations; Trump Signs Budget Deal

President Trump has signed a budget agreement that Congress passed early Friday morning, ending an overnight freeze in federal spending. And Trump’s staff secretary Rob Porter resigned this week amid questions about who in the White House knew what and when about domestic abuse allegations against him.
