A weather pattern influenced by El Nino has turned our late December weather upside down. Its unusually warm in the Northeast, stormy in the South, and there's plenty of welcome snow out west. Our weather expert is retired Professor of Atmospheric Sciences, Ed Brotak. He spoke with David Hurand.
