Update: Saturday's Member Challenge a Success!

Update: Thanks to everyone who supported today's Member Challenge! It was a great success. $10,000 from listeners this morning was matched by listeners who pledged their support to the WCQS Member Challenge Grant Fund before the drive began. That means $20,000 for WCQS today!

Everyone who contributed today was also entered in our Blue Danube Music Lovers Cruise - a trip for two on the Danube River in October. (The deadline to be entered in the drawing is Sunday at 6 pm. Learn more and get on the action! )

Your gift to WCQS until noon today is being matched! Fellow listeners, who pledged their support to the Member Challenge Grant Fund before the drive began, will match your contribution right now, up to $10,000. That means $10,000 from listeners this morning is $20,000 for WCQS! It's a great way to double the impact of your gift and help us reach our spring goal of $200,000.

Everyone who contributes today will also be entered in a drawing to win a River Cruise down the Danube River this fall.

You've heard us say it before - just one out of every ten WCQS listeners helps pay for the service every year. That supportive 10% thinks it time to improve that ratio and they're doing something about it. Every contribution will be matched this morning, up to $10,000 by fellow listeners who pledged their support to the Member Challenge before the drive began, in order to encourage new support for the station we all rely on, value and enjoy.

Your pledge today will ensure that WCQS will continue to be a vital resource for Western North Carolina tomorrow.

Thank you for choosing to listen to WCQS and for choosing to support it.
