Native American Activist On Cleveland's Decision To Rename Baseball Team

Cleveland’s MLB team is going to change their name, the New York Times reports. The city’s baseball team has been known as the Cleveland Indians since 1915, but Native American groups have long said it’s racist and demeaning.

Here & Now‘s Peter O’Dowd speaks with Sundance, the executive director of the Cleveland American Indian Movement and a member of the Muskogee tribe.
