Fall Festival season is officially underway. It's time once again for the annual Greek Festival. Great food, music and dancing at theHoly Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Cumberland Avenue in Asheville. In Cullowhee, Western Carolina University's Mountain Heritage Day Festival is happening and the Music in the Mountains Folk Festivaltakes place in Burnsville. The Asheville Area Piano Forum benefit concert is an opportunity to hear some great music at the Diana Wortham Theater.
This weekend marks a rare opportunity; Gone with the Wind on the big screen and there's lots of live theater. Oops, we almost dropped the ball. The Asheville Juggling Festival takes place at Stephens-Lee Community Center. Performances, workshops and Forty Fingers and a Missing Tooth too. It's Free!
