White North Carolina Officer Charged After Beating Black Man In Jaywalking Stop

A former police officer in North Carolina has been criminally charged after video surfaced showing him beating and using a stun gun on a citizen he accused of jaywalking. The officer involved is white and the man accused of jaywalking is black.
